Shipping Rates:
Standard shipping is $5 per order (FREE for orders over $50 shipped to US locations).
Express shipping is $20.00 per order.
Shipping Methods/Times:
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and is shipped via USPS priority mail.
Express shipping takes 1-2 business days, and is shipped via USPS express mail.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. Add 2 days for items with engraving.
Shipping to Canada:
Yes, we ship to Canada! We ship via USPS Priority Mail International, and the cost is $15 per order. Please note that any tariffs and duties are not added. You are responsible for paying these fees (if any) when your shipment arrives.
Shipping to Europe:
For shipments to Europe please "click here to email us." We will provide you with a special link to order our paws.
Shipping Time Example:
Note that the time between placing and receiving your order includes both a) our processing time plus b) the shipping time. For example, an order placed on Monday with express shipping, will usually be processed and shipped on Tuesday and deliver to most US locations on Wednesday. |

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund or exchange. It’s that simple.
How To Return or Exchange An Item
Should you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
On your packing slip that was sent along with the item, write the reason for your return or exchange.
Enclose the packaging slip along with the item, and ship (prepaid and properly insured) to:
